Do I need an appointment for a car wash?
Appointments are not required for express wash services. Simply visit us during operating hours. Appointments are recommended for detailing, ceramic protection, mobile wash services, and other services that require additional time.
How do EZ Express memberships work?
Choose the unlimited wash plan that best fits your vehicle-care needs and pay one recurring monthly rate. Your membership is connected to one registered vehicle and can be used at EZ Express according to the plan’s usage terms.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Yes. You can request eligible plan changes or cancellation through the membership portal or by contacting our membership support team. Requests should be submitted before your next billing date to prevent another recurring charge. Additional terms may apply.
What should I do if I have a service issue or concern?
Please contact us with the location you visited, the date of service, your receipt or membership information, and a brief description of the issue. Photos may also be submitted when helpful. Our team will review your concern and follow up as soon as possible.
